We are seeking a Director of Strategic Projects to work directly with company leadership across several growing businesses. This role is responsible for leading special projects, improving systems and processes, implementing technology solutions, supporting growth initiatives, and helping turn ideas into results. The responsibilities align with the strategic project leadership, CRM optimization, reporting improvements, technology initiatives, growth programs, and process improvement efforts outlined in the position description.

What You'll Be DoingProject Leadership

• Lead strategic projects from planning through implementation.
• Create timelines, milestones, and accountability structures.
• Coordinate work across departments and business entities.
• Track project progress and communicate updates to leadership.
• Identify obstacles and help teams find solutions.

Technology & Systems Improvement

• Improve and optimize CRM systems.
• Support software integrations and reporting systems.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and business metrics.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI implementation.
• Improve visibility into sales, operations, and customer activities.

Process Improvement

• Map current workflows and identify inefficiencies.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures.
• Improve business processes across multiple companies.
• Help teams adopt new systems and processes successfully.

Customer & Revenue Initiatives

• Support customer retention and growth programs.
• Improve member and vendor engagement systems.
• Help develop communication and follow-up processes.
• Assist with reporting and business growth initiatives.

Strategic Growth Projects

• Support expansion initiatives and new business opportunities.
• Assist with acquisition research and integration planning.
• Work on special projects that support long-term organizational growth.
