Hard Coat Operator

AmeriStaff Employment & Staffing Solutions is hiring for a Hard Coat Operator. This position is for a client located in the Roxboro, NC area. The Hard Coat Operator is responsible for applying protective coatings to lighting components, ensuring product durability, quality, and compliance with industry standards. Pay & Schedule: 1st Shift: 7AM to 3:30PM - $14/hr. & 3rd Shift: 3:30PM to 11AM - $15/hr. Responsibilities: Operate coating equipment to apply protective “hard coat” finishes to lenses and lighting components Set up, monitor, and adjust spraying or rolling machines to ensure proper coating application Inspect coated products to ensure they meet quality standards for durability and optical clarity Follow ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards during production processes Clean and maintain coating machinery to ensure proper operation and longevity of equipment Work within clean room or controlled production environments as required Follow all safety protocols, including use of a respirator and adherence to standard work instructions Requirements: Previous experience in coating processes (such as gel coating or optical coating) preferred Ability to operate and troubleshoot assembly or coating machinery Experience performing routine equipment maintenance Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Ability to follow strict safety guidelines and work in a controlled environment Comfortable wearing a respirator and working in a paint booth setting #J-18808-Ljbffr Ameristaff
