AI Engineer

Salary: $105,000 - 149,000 per year Requirements:

• We require 4+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering, with a proven ability to deliver AI/ML solutions independently and at scale.
• We require 4+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, statistics, NLP, and LLMs, including generative AI, agentic architectures, prompt engineering, and evaluating LLM performance across foundation models.
• We require 4+ years of experience building and deploying production AI systems, including model integration, API development, and cloud-based infrastructure.
• We require strong Python programming skills, including the ability to produce clean, well-tested, production-ready code.
• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or another related quantitative field.

• We design, build, and deliver end-to-end AI and ML solutions for defined business use cases, using LLMs, deep learning, agentic AI, and probabilistic modeling, while owning quality and performance through deployment.
• We independently frame and scope AI problems, defining success measures and evaluation criteria with stakeholders before and during development.
• We design and run rigorous evaluations of AI system performance, including experimentation, model benchmarking, and quantitative analysis to validate approaches and guide technical decisions.
• We create rapid prototypes to test AI approaches and move validated solutions into production-grade applications such as intelligent interfaces, dashboards, and automated pipelines.
• We apply best practices in AI development, responsible AI deployment, and production engineering, helping establish team standards and reusable frameworks.
• We communicate results and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, turning quantitative findings into practical insights.
• We contribute to team knowledge through peer feedback, documentation, and support for less experienced colleagues.
