About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with university leadership, internal staff, and external stakeholders to establish and enhance revenue opportunities, particularly in the areas of entertainment and hospitality events. Applicants for the CRO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 8 years' of experience, with 12 years' preferred. The ideal candidate will have a background in business administration, marketing, or sport management, and extensive experience in a Division 1 athletic program or a similar industry. Familiarity with NCAA rules and regulations, as well as a proven track record in athletics revenue generation, marketing, and external operations, is essential. The role demands a professional with strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a demonstrated capacity to build relationships and drive sustainable growth.
