The Program Leader will assist the COAACH Director in outlining the strategic goals of the Center, designing and implementing effective outreach programs, working closely with community partners to produce community health and education events, and supporting research‑related outreach and recruitment activities associated with COAACH‑affiliated grants. Key Responsibilities Assist the COAACH Director with strategic planning, budgeting, and grant‑related activities. Coordinate Center operations, including financial resource management, scheduling, and meeting coordination. Act as the primary public contact for university administrators, faculty, staff, students, parents, vendors, alumni, stakeholders, and the general public. Supervise student employees and research or community ambassadors. Manage human resources administration for COAACH, including hiring, evaluations, and compliance with HR policies. Collaborate on development of community outreach, education, and center‑based programs. Support grant PIs and COAACH staff with recruitment, budget oversight, data coordination, and liaison work. Exercise discretion and judgment in handling confidential matters and sensitive situations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience related to the area of assignment; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, and/or six or more years experience working with the elderly, aging-related fields, public health projects with a health education focus, demonstrated understanding of health disparities, and ability to communicate with experts and lay individuals. Comfortable using digital meeting technology, Microsoft Office Suite, CANVA, Email Marketing Software, and other software platforms. Experience coordinating, developing, evaluating, and managing community outreach, education, and center‑based programs, with a working knowledge of supporting research‑related activities.
