As a VJE, you will assist our customers in finding the perfect gift for any holiday or special occasion, build meaningful relationships with customers and host personal shopping appointments. You'll find fulfillment in positively impacting our customers' experiences and contributing to our team's success through your dedication and commitment to performance excellence.

What You'll Do

• Connect with Customers: Engage with customers through chat, SMS text and phone calls live in the moment or in a scheduled appointment. You will offer our customers expert advice on products and services, style consultations, and concierge shopping services.
• Present merchandise and services: Showcase our merchandise online, sharing detailed information about each item's features and benefits. Provide information about extended service agreements and financing options, ensuring a seamless and delightful shopping experience.
• Support Sales Growth: Contribute to sales growth through digital sales, live selling, social media presence, store collaboration, and connected commerce
• Build Relationships: Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently, always with a positive attitude. Conduct outreach to maintain long-lasting customer relationships and build a personal sales clientele.

• Are Tech-Savvy: You're proficient with customer interaction platforms, can handle multiple computer screens, and are comfortable with Zoom, Teams, and on-camera technology
• Adapt Easily: You thrive in an ever-changing work environment and can adapt on the fly
• Manage Multiple Tasks: You excel in a fast-paced setting and can juggle multiple tasks with ease. You will need to have strong time management skills.
• Have Flexible Schedules: You have flexible open availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as well as required mandatory overtime
• Maintain a Professional Workspace: You have a dedicated, distraction-free workspace and provide your own high-speed internet, router/modem, and can set up the necessary equipment
• Are a Team Player: You're willing to participate in cross-training within the department and are comfortable being on camera for training and meetings
