Loan Documentation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Loan Documentation Manager to oversee the Loan Documentation Unit and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant documentation for CRE, SBA, EXIM, and other commercial loans . Key Responsibilities Manage daily LDU operations, loan closings, and pre-/post-funding documentation. Supervise, mentor, and assign workloads to loan documentation staff. Review credit approvals, loan documents, escrow instructions, title, CIP, signatures, and closing requirements. Perform final QC of SBA/EXIM loan packages and approve boarding/funding checklists. Resolve documentation issues with Lending, Credit Administration, Escrow, and Loan Servicing teams. Maintain secure, complete, and audit-ready loan files and documentation. Develop procedures, checklists, training, and process improvements. Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and BSA requirements. Requirements 5+ years of commercial loan documentation experience. 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial capacity. Strong knowledge of CRE, SBA, and EXIM lending. Experience with LaserPro, eDox, DocuShare, LoanVantage , or similar systems. Knowledge of title, escrow, entity verification, CIP, and regulatory requirements . Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience #J-18808-Ljbffr CivicMinds, Inc
