We are looking to add a motivated, effective, experienced Restaurant Food Service District Manager to our Valdosta, Georgia area team.

As a District Manager you will have the opportunity to lead a talented team of food service workers and manage all aspects of our cafeteria style food service locations to ensure that customers and clients never miss a meal.

This position will oversee a market of locations in southwestern Georgia . Some overnight travel.

What you'll be doing :

· Overseeing all functions of our contract dining, cafeteria style food service accounts

· Managing and leading a team of managers and associates, including overseeing the hiring and training new employees

· Ensuring that staff meet all culinary , safety, and sanitation standards and regulations

· Managing budgets for these locations, ensuring the account meets all targets and forecasts

· Addressing client service needs.

Background Must-haves :

• At least 3 years of experience coordinating 5+ quick service restaurant operations as a District Manager
• Must come with strong P& L understanding and the ability to train Management teams
• Excellent communication skills and experience communicating with both hourly staff and corporate leadership
• The ability to manage in a diverse environment with a strong focus on client and customer services and satisfaction.
• Experience with and knowledge of all Microsoft Office suite applications
• ServSafe and/or HACCP certification

Compensation and Benefits :

· Salary base for this role ... $80-85K Base

· This role is also annual bonus eligible at 20% of base salary
