We are currently seeking a MEP Project Manager in our dynamic Miami office (Hybrid role).## PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES* Management of schedule and budgets for a multitude of projects.* Responsible for client communications.* Should have a knowledge of technical terms and be able to have a good rapport with outside partners.* Focused on all aspects of project work from planning through construction, including client meetings and presentations to ensuring continued understanding of the clients needs.* Effectively develop and manage project designs from initial concept through design documents, construction documents and close-out.* Collaborate and coordinate with all trade departments.* Manages QC and deliverables as well as deadlines.* Assist with business development and development of proposals.## KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS* Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or relevant discipline.* PE license preferred.* 7 plus years project management experience.* Understand industry trends.* Fluency in MS Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook and cloud tools. Strong communication and computer skills are required.* Working knowledge of BIM and Revit.* Decision making and judgement necessary.* The preferred candidate will have excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, problem solving, analytical skills and organized.* Prior experience in project managing projects in an E or A or A/E consulting firm.* Client-facing skills.## OUR FLEXIBLE & HYBRID WORK CULTUREWe know that work/life integration is important to our employees.
