Chick-fil-A Western Hills is hiring part-time team members for back of house positions! Qualified candidates will be considered and must have the following:
- Documented references and work history that can be verified. Applications that do not include this information will not be considered.
- An excellent attitude and work ethic.
- Must be able to follow our Core Values - do it the right way / be reliable / speak kindness
- Must be a fast learner and have the knowledge and ability to work any position in front of house.
- Must be able to meet our G.R.I.T. Core Competency; will be explained during the interview process.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
- Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
- Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
- Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
- Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to coordinator staff.
- Must complete initial Pathway training as well as any additional training required.
- Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned.
- Adhere to employee handbook.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Reliable source of transportation.
- Punctuality is a must.
- Cheerful and positive attitude.
- Enjoys serving and helping others.
- Customer service oriented.
- Ability to take direction from superiors.
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
- Works well independently and in a team environment.
- Have the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Have the ability to stand for long periods of time.
