Customer Service Advisor (Bilingual)

Role Overview The Customer Service Advisor is the first and last point of contact for customers, responsible for creating positive impressions and building customer loyalty. You will utilize product knowledge to recommend oil change options and additional services, supported by comprehensive training to develop communication skills and automotive expertise. The role involves engaging face‑to‑face with customers, suggesting services based on inspections, and maintaining safety standards.
