In this role, you'll serve as a strategic partner to customers while driving profitable growth throughout your territory. 

You will: 

• Develop and execute sales strategies that deliver revenue growth and exceed performance goals.

• Build trusted, long-term relationships through a consultative sales approach.

• Identify new business opportunities and guide prospects through the full sales cycle.

• Create customized proposals, estimates, and solutions that align with customer objectives.

• Partner with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences and successful project execution.

• Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting, and territory management activities.

Ideal candidates will have: 

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

• Three or more years of successful B2B industrial sales experience preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• The ability to learn technical products and manufacturing processes.

• A self-driven, highly motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset.

• Strong organizational, planning, and computer skills.

• A passion for customer service and delivering results.

• Curiosity, resilience, and commitment to continuous improvement.
