Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 18 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 18 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• 6 months of Epic experience is required within the last 6 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <80 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic and no current placement allowed at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic and no current placement allowed at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to prior to having ever traveled.

Required Credentials: 1 reference must be from the most recent place of employment. PBDS Assessment is waived. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled.

Shift & Scheduling: Traveler must work at least every other holiday. Facility is willing to approve a 16-18 week contract

Special Requests: All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission. Engagements are limited to 18 consecutive months.

7 days maximum time off

2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required
