Assistant Fitness Manager

EōS Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven leader for the Assistant Fitness Manager (Personal Training Sales) role. The Assistant Fitness Manager will focus on welcoming new members, guiding them into personalized training programs, and driving personal training sales while supporting the overall club experience. Position Purpose Build a cohesive Personal Training team, ensure a healthy pipeline of clients, and provide members with an exceptional fitness experience. Responsibilities Ensure daily sales targets are met, especially during weekends or when the Fitness Manager is absent. Promote personal training packages and establish strong rapport with members. Achieve and exceed sales targets for personal training services and small group sessions. Collaborate with the membership sales team to support new member onboarding and maintain a smooth transition into the club. Conduct personalized welcome workouts for new members to assess fitness needs and goals. Guide new members through their initial club experience, fostering a supportive environment that encourages personal training sales and member retention. Facilitate professional development for personal trainers through coaching and ongoing support. Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures to staff, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities. Oversee facility maintenance and cleanliness, including equipment, locker rooms, and common areas. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, certifications, and safety protocols. Qualifications 2–3 years of customer service experience. 1 year of sales experience. 1 year of supervisory experience. Prior experience or strong interest in the fitness industry. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with members, clients, staff, management, and vendors. Excellent relationship building and influencing skills across all levels. Detail-oriented with systematic problem-solving abilities and strong time management, organization, and record-keeping skills. Ability to embrace EōS Fitness core values. Requirements Availability to work nights and weekends. Successful completion of a background check. Valid Personal Training certification. CPR certification required within 30 days of hire. Physical ability to work in a gym setting, including moving around gym floors, bending, and lifting more than 40 lbs. Proficiency with company computer systems and data entry.
