If you’re looking for a stable, high-earning, career-building opportunity that gets you home daily, you’re in the right place.In This Role, You’ll:Operate a diesel-powered tractor-trailer on local routes - no layoversDeliver food products safely and efficiently to restaurant customersLoad and unload using hand trucks or pallet jacks - this is a touch-freight roleComplete vehicle inspections, maintain DOT logs, and submit accurate paperworkCommunicate clearly with dispatch, store personnel, and team membersHandle return loads and ensure equipment and deliveries are in complianceWhat You’ll Bring:A valid Class A CDL, current DOT medical card, and at least 2 years of tractor-trailer driving and delivery experienceAbility to lift 5–75+ lbs., stay active throughout the shift, and work in multi-temperature environments (coolers/freezers)Strong customer service skills and clear communication with dispatch, store teams, and fellow driversFlexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 operationAbility to complete vehicle inspections, maintain DOT logs, and meet all compliance requirements, including reading and speaking English as required by DOT regulationsThe Schedule & Setting:Dispatch at 2AM - home daily, no layoversMust be available for nights, that will include weekends and holidaysAll trailers equipped with lift gates - no rampsTouch freight - with repetitive lifting 75+ lbsPay & Benefits:Salary: $75-80,000 annually to startWeekly pay (every Friday)Other Compensation: May include shift differentials, overtime pay, bonuses, or other incentive pay as applicable to the position and location.Health and Wellness: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts (FSA), Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Voluntary Insurance (Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Legal, Life, and AD&D); Pet InsuranceRetirement Benefits: 401 (k)Paid Time Off (PTO): Includes vacation, sick leave, and paid company holidays provided in accordance with company policy and applicable state and local laws.We’re not just in the business of distribution - we’re in the business of development.
