To drive continuous improvement in processes, the full-time Manager of Operational Excellence will establish quality metrics, assess quality trends, and manage QA efforts while collaborating with various departments and vendors from the Irvine, CA location, with potential for remote work in exceptional cases. Key responsibilities Define, implement, and refine quality standards, processes, and best practices Establish key performance metrics to monitor and improve process performance Lead QA efforts for the Servicing organization, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Required qualifications 5+ years of quality assurance experience with at least 2 years in a lead or management role Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent experience Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, including AI applications Experience managing or overseeing third-party servicing vendors Proficiency in creating detailed and well-structured test plans
