The Executive Compensation Consultant will provide strategic support on key equity compensation initiatives, partnering closely with leadership and stakeholders. This role will focus on evaluating, modeling, and recommending equity compensation structures that align with organizational growth objectives. The consultant will serve as a subject matter expert, helping guide decision-making and implementation of future-state compensation programs. Worksite Location: Hybrid - Twin Cities, MN

Salary Range: Hourly rate between $75-$95, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Partner with executive leadership on equity compensation strategy and program design
• Develop and evaluate equity compensation models and recommendations
• Analyze current compensation structures and identify enhancement opportunities
• Provide expertise on stock-based compensation programs, including equity award frameworks
• Build financial models and scenario analyses to support decision-making
• Collaborate with internal and external compensation partners as needed
• Support implementation planning and change recommendations
• Deliver insights, reporting, and executive-level presentations

Required Skills & Experience:

• Significant experience in Executive Compensation and Total Rewards
• Deep expertise in equity compensation programs, including stock options and related structures
• Proven experience developing and modeling equity compensation strategies
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and advanced Excel skills
• Ability to influence and partner effectively with executive leadership
• Experience supporting high-growth organizations preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to balance strategic recommendations with hands-on execution
