Accounts Payable Specialist Seattle, WA | Hybrid (WFH Mondays & Fridays) Seattle Search Group is partnering with a stable, well-established organization to identify an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a collaborative accounting team. Responsibilities Process vendor invoices and ensure timely, accurate payment processing. Review invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documentation while resolving discrepancies. Partner closely with operations to research and resolve invoice issues. Process ACH, check, and wire payments. Reconcile vendor statements and investigate outstanding items. Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals and account reconciliations. Maintain accurate vendor records and documentation within multiple accounting systems. Support process improvements and special projects as needed. Qualifications 2+ years of Accounts Payable or general accounting experience. Experience working with purchase orders and vendor reconciliations. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively with operations, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Comfortable learning new ERP and workflow systems. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
