We handle federal and state securities class actions, derivative suits, merger litigation, shareholder disputes, and other complex corporate and business litigation. Our team includes lawyers with decades of private securities litigation experience, former SEC enforcement lawyers and federal and state prosecutors, and in-house accounting professionals with public accounting experience. Learn more about the team and the work you can do at: Who You AreYou have 3 to 6 years of significant law firm experience in securities, complex commercial, and/or business litigation.You have experience handling sophisticated disputes involving federal and state securities laws, shareholder claims, fiduciary duties and corporate governance, class actions, and other complex business matters.Experience with complex commercial dockets, including the Massachusetts Business Litigation Session (BLS), and/or with SEC investigations, internal investigations, and related regulatory or enforcement matters is a plus.You have strong experience with legal research and writing, substantive motion practice, discovery, depositions, and case strategy.You have the ability to communicate complex matters concisely and effectively, both orally and in writing, and a commitment to delivering excellent client service.You have a strong work ethic, a collaborative approach, and an interest in taking on increasing levels of responsibility.You are admitted to the bar in the state in which you practice or are eligible for admission by waiver.Own Your MoFo CareerMoFo empowers its lawyers at every level to take ownership of their careers and is transparent about what it takes to succeed and advance at the firm.
