Securitization Associate

The Opportunity Our New York office is looking for an associate for the securitization team that focuses on complex financing transactions, including capital markets asset-backed securities, securitization credit facilities, asset-based finance transactions and other structured finance products with three to seven years of law firm experience. Applicants must be admitted to the New York Bar.
