As a House Supervisor at Wagoner Community Hospital (WCH), you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facility. Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role in a healthcare setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in healthcare administration or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role in a healthcare setting
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Certification in healthcare quality or patient safety
