Travel Registered Nurse (RN) / Med Surg/Tele

We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Med Surg and Telemetry for an immediate need. This position requires a dedicated individual to provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced environment. The role involves working the night shift and may require floating to other units as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in the Med Surg and Telemetry units.
• Monitor patient conditions, assess needs, and implement appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical records.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in Telemetry.
• Experience with Cerner electronic medical record system is required.
• Willingness to float to Med Surg as necessary.

Schedule and Shift

This position requires working night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, including every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
