Were adding a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to our emergency medicine team at Bon Secours Maryview Medical Center in Portsmouth, Virginia.

What your practice will look like:

Youll work in a collaborative emergency department environment alongside experienced physicians, APPs, nursing teams, and hospital leadership focused on delivering efficient, patient-centered emergency care. The practice supports team-based workflows, strong operational resources, and clinical collaboration designed to help APPs practice confidently and sustainably in a busy community emergency department.

About the Facility:

Bon Secours Maryview Medical Center is a 346-bed acute care hospital serving the Hampton Roads region of Virginia. The hospital offers comprehensive emergency and specialty services and is recognized as a Certified Primary Stroke Center and accredited Chest Pain Center.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Estimated employed W-2 pay range of $60/hr - $105/hr 
• $33,000 ownership opportunity for full-time APPs after 2 years

Requirements:

• Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner certification
