Role Description The Physical Therapist is a full-time or part-time, on-site role based in Terre Haute, Indiana, United States. This role involves evaluating pediatric patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing ongoing therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and overall functional abilities. The Physical Therapist will collaborate with families, caregivers, and other clinicians to support continuity of care and help children achieve developmental milestones. Daily responsibilities include documenting patient progress, educating families on home exercise programs, participating in interdisciplinary meetings, and maintaining compliance with clinic policies and applicable regulations. Qualifications Strong foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and adapt treatment plans for pediatric patients. Demonstrated skills in Patient Care and Home Care, including educating families on safe and effective carryover of therapy activities. Knowledge of Medicine as it relates to pediatric conditions, injury prevention, and overall child health and development. Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Indiana. Experience working with pediatric populations in clinical, school, or home-based settings is highly beneficial. Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
