The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in international estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and companies, with a focus on cross-border tax planning and wealth management structures. Duties Advise U.S. and non-U.S. taxpayers on multi-jurisdictional tax and legal considerations. Engage in planning for foreign trusts, pre-immigration, and expatriation. Assist with the purchase of U.S. property by non-U.S. persons. Ensure compliance with tax and reporting obligations for overseas interests. Requirements Minimum of 4 years of experience in international estate planning. Strong technical, professional, and client service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Member in good standing in the jurisdiction of practice. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction. Skills Proficiency in cross-border tax planning. Strong problem-solving capabilities. Ability to develop creative solutions for client needs.
