In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining roll forming machines while helping produce quality metal profiles. This position requires someone who is self-sufficient, mechanically inclined, team-oriented, dependable, and able to stay focused in a fast-paced production environment.

Skills and Experience:

• Steel Manufacturing: 2+ years of experience in steel manufacturing required
• Roll Forming Experience: Previous experience operating or setting up roll forming machines is required
• Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and measurements.
• Mechanical Aptitude: Must be mechanically inclined and comfortable working with machines, tools, and production equipment.
• Quality Control: Must be able to inspect metal profiles and identify quality concerns.
• Growth Mindset: Must have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and desire to grow within the company.
• Self-Sufficient: Must be able to stay on task, follow instructions, and complete assigned duties with minimal supervision.
• Team Oriented: Must be willing to work with others and support overall team and production goals.
• Reliable Transportation: Must have dependable transportation to and from work.
• Attendance and Punctuality: Must maintain reliable attendance and report to work on time each scheduled shift
• Hot Work Environment: Must be able to work in a warm production setting.
• Standing Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods while performing assigned job duties.
• Work Environment: Must be able to work around machines, metal materials, and production equipment
• Attendance and Punctuality: Must maintain reliable attendance and report to work on time.
• Steel-toe shoes are required
