Santana Hills Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our nursing team on a full-time basis. We are committed to providing quality, resident-centered care in a supportive healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.

• Help residents with transfers, repositioning, mobility, and ambulation.

• Take and record vital signs as directed.

• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights.

• Observe residents and report changes in condition to licensed nursing staff.

• Provide care according to resident care plans and facility procedures.

• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.

• Follow infection prevention and safety protocols.

• Protect resident privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.

• Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare team members.

Qualifications

• Active and valid California CNA certification.

• Successful completion of an approved Nurse Assistant Training Program.

• Current CPR/BLS certification, if required.

• Ability to safely assist residents with daily care and mobility.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Previous skilled nursing facility (SNF), long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
