Recovery-Centered Substance Use Counselor (ACT Team)

WellLife Network is seeking a Substance Abuse Specialist to join the ACT team, leading integration of evidence-based treatment for co-occurring disorders into person-centered care. The role includes counseling, assessment, and coordinating services across community providers to support recovery and independence.
