Market Research Specialist The Market Research Specialist is a key member of the Client Service team, responsible for ensuring the full delivery of project specifications. This role focuses on meeting quantitative and qualitative recruitment goals while maintaining high client satisfaction through collaboration with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Project Management teams. Key Responsibilities Project Oversight: Manage the delivery of survey recruitment projects to maximize completion rates and meet client deadlines. Strategic Execution: Review new project specs for complexity, guide Project Managers on targeting setup, and manage in-field specification changes. Project Management: Ensure accurate and timely setup, execution, and closure of projects based on approved timelines. Problem Solving: Proactively identify recruitment bottlenecks and provide creative solutions to internal teams. Financial Tracking: Maintain accurate project records for revenue forecasting and collaborate with finance to prepare cost analyses for invoicing. Client Relations: Provide best-in-class service to assigned clients, managing expectations and communicating project progression clearly. Panelist Advocacy: Increase panel satisfaction by ensuring timely incentive payments and resolving member inquiries via the customer support team. Qualifications & Experience Industry Experience: 3–5 years in market research, including online survey recruitment and management. Project Management: 3+ years of experience managing projects using traditional and digital research techniques. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint). 2+ years of advanced MS Excel experience (including pivot tables). Experience with Google Workspace (Sheets and Docs). Familiarity with AI-based tools for problem-solving and targeting. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Market Research, Statistics, Technology, or a related field. Soft Skills: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and excellent communication skills (email and phone). Preferred Qualifications Experience in a client-facing or account management role.
