Capital Markets Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
Assisting in the development and execution of strategic transactions, the full-time remote Capital Markets Analyst will support the Capital Markets Whole Loan Trading platform and manage day-to-day operations while collaborating with investment partners. Key responsibilities Assist in building and leading the Capital Markets Whole Loan Trading platform and manage the Secondary Whole Loan Trading business Evaluate, structure, and execute potential new Capital Markets structured finance transactions, including securitization and whole loan sales Prepare investor due diligence information and maintain investor reporting requirements and dashboards Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field 0 - 2 years of experience in Whole Loan Acquisitions, Debt Capital Markets, or Structured Finance Working towards an MBA or CFA is a plus Outstanding communication skills to articulate investment merits to potential capital partners Recent college graduates will be considered
