Fox Motors has a Service and Parts Consultant opening in Hudsonville, Michigan at Grand Rapids Harley-Davidson. You would contribute to our overall vision, Working together moving people throughout life, by developing and maintaining trust with our customers and internal team that will build long-term relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities include the following. Others may be assigned.
Assisting Parts customer and filling orders
Tracking special orders
Quoting Service repairs/upgrades
Writing Service Repair Orders
Communicating with customers throughout the repair process
Following up with customers after service
Assisting other team members to achieve results with department goals and customer satisfaction
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience and desire to work with technology to drive an exceptional customer experience.
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effective.
