Now Hiring Delivery Drivers and Package Couriers – No CDL Required Delivery Driver Compensation $24.50/hour Performance-based raise after 90 days Paid Overtime Benefits for Non CDL Delivery Drivers Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Matching Paid Time Off (PTO) Tuition Assistance up to $5,250 per calendar year Referral Program Flexible Scheduling — Full-Time, Part-Time, and Seasonal shifts available Company delivery vehicle provided — no wear on your personal car Delivery Driver Schedule Shifts available: Wednesday–Saturday or Sunday–Wednesday Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM (8–10 hour shifts) Overtime opportunities available Weekend availability required Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities As a Non CDL Delivery Driver with Fair Winds Logistics, your day-to-day will include: Report to our warehouse location each morning for load-out and route assignment Safely load and unload your delivery vehicle at the warehouse (packages up to 50 lbs) Follow your navigated delivery route efficiently and safely Operate a handheld device to confirm deliveries and manage your route Drive and operate your assigned delivery vehicle in various weather conditions Provide excellent customer service as the face of our courier team in the community Start and end each shift at our warehouse — 875 West 64th Avenue, Denver, CO 80221 Delivery Driver Requirements – Non CDL Driver Must be eligible to work in the U.S. Valid driver's license required Minimum age: 21 years Must pass a pre-employment drug screening Ability to reliably commute to 875 West 64th Avenue, Denver, Colorado 80221 No CDL required — this is a Delivery Driver No CDL Required position Why Drive for Fair Winds Logistics?
