Responsibilities Perform cleaning functions in assigned hospital areas, following established schedules and prescribed methods to maintain a hygienic environment. Assist in cleaning emergency spills promptly, responding to urgent requests to ensure safety and cleanliness. Maintain assigned cleaning equipment, ensuring it is clean and functional, and report repair needs promptly. Observe and report maintenance needs for equipment, furniture, building, and fixtures to ensure a safe and operational environment. Collect and dispose of waste, including hazardous materials, in accordance with hospital protocols to maintain cleanliness standards.
