Project Architect

We are a team of passionate architects and interior designers who care deeply about people, purpose, and the future of the built environment. Our practice is grounded in a simple belief: when we understand the fundamental needs of people, we design better buildings, better workplaces, and more beloved projects. We partner with organizations to create agile, thoughtful spaces that help them navigate change, support their mission, and prepare for what comes next. We work with openness, humility, curiosity, and shared accountability. We value design excellence, technical rigor, clear communication, and the kind of collaboration that makes the work stronger than any one person could make it alone. We are looking for people who think deeply, listen carefully, communicate openly, and take pride in both the big idea and the smallest detail. Who You Are: This role is for someone who finds meaning in translating design intent into clear, coordinated, buildable architecture. You are a technically minded architect who loves understanding how buildings come together. Your superpower is digging into the details — not for the sake of complexity, but because you know that thoughtful coordination, documentation, and execution are what allow great design to become real. You thrive in an open, collaborative environment where ideas are shared, challenged, refined, and improved together. You enjoy creative problem-solving as part of a team, and you bring clarity, rigor, and follow-through to the process. You are motivated, flexible, and highly curious. You are energized by learning about your craft, your teammates, your clients, and yourself. You care about design, but you also care deeply about how design gets delivered. You appreciate lean architecture for the way it supports alignment, efficiency, and flawless execution of the final design solution. You are comfortable moving between big‑picture thinking and technical detail, and you understand that great architecture is both creative and precise. If that resonates with you, we would love to hear more about you. As a Project Architect, you will Develop design solutions in collaboration with other design team members Participate in design charrettes with clients Develop contract document sets with technical guidance as needed Create architectural drawings in Revit Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and contractors Edit specifications in BSD SpecLink Perform construction administration activities, including attending OAC meetings, reviewing shop drawings and submittals, and responding to RFIs Prepare renderings and other design presentation materials Qualifications A minimum of five years of architectural work experience Bachelor or Master of Architecture, or equivalent degree Registered as a licensed architect or actively working toward licensure Strong technical documentation skills Experience working in Revit Ability to collaborate with internal design teams, consultants, engineers, contractors, and clients Interest in design excellence, technical execution, lean architecture, and continuous professional growth Salary & Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience Medical, dental, and vision coverage Three weeks paid time off, with additional parental and bereavement leave Paid holidays, including an end‑of‑year holiday break week and birthday PTO 401(k) with matching Company‑furnished life insurance Licensure and professional organization membership reimbursements Reimbursement for professional development Why this Role Matters Project Architects play a critical role in carrying ideas from concept through construction. In this role, you will help transform client goals, design intent, and team collaboration into clear, coordinated, buildable solutions. The right person will bring both technical depth and a collaborative spirit — someone who can listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, solve problems with others, and help deliver projects that serve people well. If you are excited by the craft of architecture, the discipline of execution, and the opportunity to keep learning within a people‑first design culture, we would be glad to meet you.
