Job Description

A successful Project Manager will:

• Manage light industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee subcontractor buyout, scope alignment, and contract administration
• Develop and manage project schedules, with a focus on fast-track delivery
• Lead coordination with civil, structural, and MEP trades
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Track budgets, cost reporting, forecasting, and financial performance
• Maintain strong relationships with developers, owners, and stakeholders
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents to ensure field execution aligns with project goals
• Identify and mitigate risks to maintain schedule and cost targets
• Support and mentor junior team members

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Project Manager will have:

• 5-10+ years of experience in construction with a General Contractor
• Experience with light industrial, warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing projects
• Strong understanding of site work, building envelope, and large-scale coordination
• Proven ability to manage fast-paced, schedule-driven projects
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, or similar tools
• Strong communication and leadership skills
