Job Details:

• Primary Care Physician role serving patients 18 and over in established outpatient practices in Newington and West Hartford, Connecticut
• 100% office-based, outpatient Primary Care setting
• Full-time weekday schedule with a 4/10 hybrid work schedule available
• BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required
• Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license required (or eligible)
• Streamlined access to Behavioral Health, High Risk Nurse Care Managers, and Social Workers
• Efficient operations with robust staffing including nursing support and dedicated Medical Assistant
• EPIC with Dragon, Ambient AI integration, HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling, and patient portal
• Paid CME time off plus CME budget with reimbursed professional licenses and dues
