Duties include keeping walkways and group areas clean, emptying trash cans and keeping planters and grass areas mowed and free of weeds and debris. Other duties may include set-up for special events, landscaping and small construction jobs. These outdoor positions require continuous walking, bending, stooping, lifting, moving and a tolerance for sun. Must be able to work in high temperatures for long periods while staying hydrated and following safety requirements. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, bend, stoop, kneel, stand for long periods of time and walk on uneven surfaces. #J-18808-Ljbffr
