What You'll Do

Every day, you'll help bring the LUMA Playbook to life by creating communities that are clean, safe, and welcoming.
Deliver an Edge Through Outstanding Curb Appeal

• Maintain beautiful grounds, landscaping, walkways, breezeways, parking lots, and common areas.
• Pick up trash, debris, and litter throughout the community.
• Help ensure every resident experiences a community they're proud to call home.

Steward Our Communities

• Monitor the property for safety concerns and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Help maintain pools, recreational areas, playgrounds, and outdoor amenities.
• Assist the maintenance team with property projects as needed.

Elevate Every Resident Experience

• Keep outdoor areas inviting, clean, and professionally maintained.
• Water flowers and landscaping while monitoring irrigation coverage.
• Take pride in every detail-from freshly maintained flower beds to spotless sidewalks.

What We're Looking For

You may be the perfect fit if you:

• Take pride in your work and enjoy seeing immediate results.
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Enjoy working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Can safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Have an eye for detail and notice what others overlook.
• Possess basic hand tools such as pliers, a 6-inch crescent wrench, screwdriver, and hammer.
• Have previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or maintenance experience (preferred but not required-we're willing to train the right person).
• Have knowledge of pool chemicals (preferred but not required).
• Possess a valid driver's license with reliable, insured transportation.
