HR Generalist — Recruiting & Onboarding, Flexible Schedules

Communitas, Inc in Wakefield, MA is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day HR administration. You will partner with hiring managers across the recruitment process and serve as the primary HR contact for candidates and new employees. The role also covers administrative support for wage increases, HR audits, engagement programs, and HR projects.
