Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.ResponsibilitiesProcurement & Vendor ManagementManage the end-to-end procurement process, including defining business requirements and collaborating with the sourcing team on vendor selection, contract negotiation, and purchase order processingEnsure alignment with procurement best practices and drive efficiencies in sourcing and vendor managementHeadcount & Organizational OperationsPartner with HR, finance, and hiring managers to manage headcount and organizational changes, including new hires, backfills, and attrition, ensuring alignment with approved budgetsLead headcount tracking and reporting, maintaining up-to-date records of current and planned headcount across teamsFinancial Planning & Budget ManagementOwn and manage the organization's budget planning and forecasting processes, partnering with finance to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goalsMonitor budget performance on an ongoing basis, tracking actuals vs. plan and flagging variances with actionable recommendationsBusiness OperationsServe as a resourceful problem-solver across diverse business functions, removing obstacles and handling day-to-day operational issues on behalf of the Copilot teamQualificationsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 6+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles OR equivalent experiencePreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 4+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles OR equivalent experienceMaster's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 6+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles OR Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 8+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles OR equivalent experienceStrong attention to detail, prioritization and time management skills with the ability to manage sensitive information responsibly. Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast paced, changing environment.
