Insurance Customer Service Representative

Job Full Description Are you looking for a rewarding career in the insurance industry? Express is seeking outgoing, career-oriented professionals to join a local insurance agency!
Responsibilities to include:
Schedule appointments, identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services. Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication (written, verbal & listening), people-oriented, organizational skills, self-motivated, detail oriented, ability to work in a team environment, ability to multi-task, strong work ethic

While working as an Express Associate, you can become eligible for a variety of benefits*, including:

- Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
