Qualifications:

• Active RN license, eligible to practice in Iowa
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years' recent CVOR RN experience
• Proficiency with sterile technique, scrubbing, and circulating in cardiovascular procedures
• Strong communication, collaborative, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional perioperative nursing care to adult cardiovascular surgical patients
• Prepare the OR, manage surgical instruments, and ensure patient safety throughout
• Circulate and scrub as needed within a dynamic surgical team
• Accurately document procedures and patient outcomes
• Adhere to all hospital and regulatory policies while promoting a culture of safety and respect
