The position is based in our state-of-the-art hospital facility in Reno, Nevada. The work hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional flexibility required to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating closely with licensed Physical Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique rehabilitation needs.
• Guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, stretches, and activities designed to enhance strength, mobility, and functionality.
• Educating patients on proper body mechanics and effective exercise techniques to facilitate recovery at home.
• Administering modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, heat, and cold therapy, under the PT's guidance.
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress, including improvements in range of motion and strength, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
• Preparing treatment areas and managing therapy equipment and supplies to ensure seamless delivery of care.
• Providing emotional support and encouragement to patients, helping to create a motivating atmosphere for recovery.

Qualifications
