What DaBella offers:
- AM Shift: 7:45 AM - 3:15 PM starts at $19 + Uncapped Bonus!
- PM Shift: 2:30 PM 10:00 PM starts at $20.50 + Uncapped Bonus!
- Uncapped Bonus! Average monthly bonus is $2,500 with top performers earning $4,500 a month in bonuses alone!

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to new and existing customers from warm leads.
- Engage with each customer and update call logs and dispositions accurately.
- Reach out to previous customers for new sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed daily call volume and production goals.
- Build rapport and urgency to persuade new customers to schedule a free in-home estimate.
- NO COLD CALLS!

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to remain in a seated position for multiple hours at a time
- Entering text or data into a computer utilizing a traditional keyboard
- Ability to hear, understand and distinguish speech in person/telephone
