Job Description Job Description We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at ISR Physical Therapy. ISR Physical Therapy is an outpatient orthopedic physical therapist-owned business with a focus on providing outstanding care to our patients. We have a diverse patient population that includes post-surgical rehab, general orthopedics, spine care, the injured worker, and functional testing from pre-employment to post-injury. Evaluate patients' medical history and perform physical examinations Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals Administer therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility, strength, and coordination Utilize modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and heat/cold therapy Educating patients on proper exercise techniques and injury prevention strategies Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Experience: A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, with new grads welcome to apply. Valid Louisiana state licensure as a Physical Therapist Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members. The ability to speak publicly is an asset.
