About the Role

Twenty5 is looking for a technically strong, customer-focused SAP Presales Solutions Engineer to join our growing team.

This is our first dedicated role focused on supporting and strengthening our technical presales capabilities. You'll work closely with senior presales, Sales, Product, and Engineering to help prospective customers understand how Twenty5 solves complex business challenges.

Your first priority will be owning, maintaining, and improving our SAP BTP demonstration environments , ensuring they are accurate, reliable, and ready to support customer conversations.

As you develop your knowledge of Twenty5 iPE, you'll take on increasing responsibility for customer discovery, solution demonstrations, and technical discussions. The goal is to grow into independently leading demonstrations and discovery conversations as your expertise develops, typically within 12–18 months.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on enterprise technology, understands SAP environments, and wants to develop further in technical presales.

Key Responsibilities
Demo Environment Ownership & Technical Readiness

• Own, maintain, configure, and continuously improve our SAP BTP-based demonstration environments.
  

• Manage demo master data, configurations, and scenarios that reflect realistic customer use cases.
  

• Ensure environments remain stable, accurate, and ready for customer demonstrations.
  

• Validate demo functionality following product updates and releases.
  

• Troubleshoot technical issues and partner with Product and Engineering to resolve them.
  

• Identify opportunities to improve demo consistency, reliability, and efficiency.
  

Presales & Customer Engagement

• Partner with senior presales and Sales to prepare tailored product demonstrations for prospective customers.
  

• Translate customer challenges into relevant product scenarios and business outcomes.
  

• Participate in discovery conversations to understand customer processes, requirements, and technical environments.
  

• Co-present product demonstrations and progressively take ownership of customer-facing technical discussions.
  

• Support enterprise opportunities involving SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP modernization initiatives.
  

• Explain how Twenty5 supports project estimating, pricing, and financial visibility.
  

• Assist with technical questions and solution discussions throughout the sales process.
  

Product Knowledge & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Develop a strong understanding of Twenty5, its capabilities, and its integration with SAP.
  

• Test new features and identify potential issues before customer demonstrations.
  

• Document technical issues clearly, including reproducible steps and expected outcomes.
  

• Work closely with Product and Engineering to communicate customer feedback and technical requirements.
  

• Contribute to reusable demo scripts, technical documentation, and presales resources.
  

• Share customer insights that help improve product capabilities and the overall presales experience.
  

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience working with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA in a technical, functional, consulting, solution engineering, or presales capacity.
  

• Industry experience in Aerospace & Defense, Engineer-to-Order Manufacturing, Capital Projects, or other complex project-based environments.
  

• Experience configuring, supporting, implementing, demonstrating, or troubleshooting enterprise software solutions.
  

• Ability to understand business processes and translate technical functionality into practical business value.
  

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, including the ability to investigate technical issues and communicate findings clearly.
  

• Ability to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders, business leaders, and customer teams.
  

• Strong presentation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  

• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate across remote teams.
  

• Willingness to travel approximately 15–25% for customer meetings, workshops, and demonstrations.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP).
  

• Experience in technical presales, solution consulting, SAP implementation, or customer-facing enterprise software roles.
  

• Familiarity with project estimating, pricing, labor costing, bills of materials, earned value management, or project financial management.
  

• Understanding of SAP integrations, data flows, or enterprise application architecture.
  

• Exposure to Aerospace & Defense compliance frameworks such as DFARS, DCAA, CAS, or TINA.
  

• Experience building, configuring, or maintaining enterprise software demonstration environments.
  

• Experience supporting SAP modernization or S/4HANA transformation projects.
  

Who Could Be Successful in This Role?

Successful candidates may come from backgrounds such as:

• SAP Presales Solutions Engineer or Solution Consultant with hands-on experience delivering technical demonstrations, supporting discovery, and working with enterprise customers.
  

• Technical Presales Professional from an SAP partner, enterprise software vendor, or specialized ISV serving complex industrial or project-based businesses.
  

• SAP Solution Architect or Senior Consultant with direct experience leading customer-facing solution demonstrations, technical discovery, and presales engagements.
  

• Enterprise Software Solutions Engineer with experience in SAP-integrated solutions, particularly within Aerospace & Defense, Engineer-to-Order Manufacturing, or Capital Projects.
  

You don't need to know Twenty5 on day one. We're looking for someone with a strong SAP foundation, technical curiosity, and the ability to learn a specialized product and confidently communicate its value.

What Success Looks Like
First 90 Days

• Develop foundational knowledge of Twenty5 and its SAP integrations.
  

• Become familiar with our demo environments, configurations, and core customer use cases.
  

• Begin supporting demo preparation, environment maintenance, and release validation.
  

• Shadow customer discovery and product demonstrations.
  

• Establish strong working relationships with Sales, Product, and Engineering.
  

First 6 Months

• Take increasing ownership of demo environment reliability and readiness.
  

• Prepare and configure customer-specific demonstration scenarios.
  

• Co-present product demonstrations and contribute to technical discovery.
  

• Independently troubleshoot common demo issues.
  

• Build confidence explaining the technical and business value of Twenty5.
  

Longer-Term Growth

• Independently lead technical product demonstrations and discovery conversations.
  

• Become a trusted technical partner throughout the sales process.
  

• Support complex enterprise opportunities, including Aerospace & Defense and SAP transformation initiatives.
  

• Help improve the scalability, consistency, and effectiveness of Twenty5's presales capabilities.
  

Compensation & Work Environment

• Base Salary: $100,000–$130,000 annually.
  

• Additional performance-based variable compensation tied to defined business and presales objectives.
  

• Remote-first position based in the United States.
  

• Approximately 15–25% travel for customer meetings, workshops, and demonstrations.
