Field Reimbursement Manager, Immunology Dermatology

Field-based position supporting healthcare providers in the Jacksonville, Daytona, and St. Augustine areas with expertise on patient access and reimbursement for immunology products. The manager educates providers on coverage policies, support tools, and specialty pharmacy options while liaising with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on patient support programs, access tools, and reimbursement services
• Advise on specialty pharmacy networks, specialty distribution, and white-bagging support options
• Communicate payer policies, coding changes, and claims submission requirements at national and regional levels
• Liaison with AbbVie's access center to update providers on prescription status and program eligibility
• Report payer trends to internal teams and establish provider relationships within assigned territory

Requirements

• At least 3 years in immunology, market access, payer account management, or access and reimbursement
• Deep knowledge of payer policy processes, coverage requirements, coding and payment for specialty medicines
• Understanding of Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D reimbursement dynamics
• Strong grasp of drug acquisition models in specialty biologics (Buy and Bill, specialty pharmacies, distributors)
• Knowledge of access and reimbursement support service centers and compliant interaction practices
• Bachelor's degree and valid driver's license
• Excellent territory and account management skills
