An established law firm is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Senior Paralegal Specialist to support its Real Estate & Transactional Finance practice in Baltimore, MD .

Key Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys and clients on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.

• Prepare, review, and revise transaction and loan documents.

• Review titles, surveys, and closing documents for accuracy.

• Coordinate and manage loan closings.

• Handle post-closing matters, including document delivery, collection of outstanding items, and confirmation of recordings.

• Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and other professionals throughout transactions.
  

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience supporting sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.

• Paralegal certificate is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, principles, and research methods.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and time-management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems; NetDocuments experience is a plus.

• Experience with SimplyAgree or other electronic signature/closing platforms is preferred.

• Strong discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
