This role will provide essential services to K-12 students with a diverse range of needs in a collaborative educational setting. Qualifications:

• Current and valid Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate
• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Certificate (CCC-SLP preferred)
• Experience working in school-based environments strongly desired
• Ability to collaborate with educators, administrators, and families
• Strong organizational and time management skills to work across three locations
• Commitment to creating inclusive, supportive spaces for all students

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students, adjusting methods for students’ unique needs
• Assess, diagnose, and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Document progress, track student outcomes, and communicate clearly with staff and families
• Travel between three school buildings within the district
• Serve a mix of student populations, supporting educational and social development
• Participate in IEP meetings, consultations, and provide recommendations as needed
• Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
