Machine Operator / CNC Operator - 1st Shift

POSITION - Machine Operator / CNC Operator

JOB LOCATION - Grafton, WI

STARTING DATE - Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM - Temp-to-Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE - Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) - 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

STARTING PAY - $20-$22/hr, based on experience

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE - Previous machine operating OR CNC experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Operate a CNC band saw to cut materials according to work orders and specifications.
Load materials and make machine adjustments as needed.
Operate a saw to cut materials to size
Measure materials and inspect cuts for accuracy.
Operate sanding and polishing equipment to finish materials.
Move, stack, package, and prepare materials for the next stage of production.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.

This position combines machine operation and finishing work, with approximately 60% CNC saw operation and 40% sanding and polishing. Must be comfortable standing throughout the shift and lifting up to 50 lbs.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous machine operating OR CNC experience.
Ability to read measurements and follow work instructions.
Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Dependable attendance and a desire to learn and grow.
